International Student Exchange Program Launches with European Universities

Pamir University is proud to announce the launch of its International Student Exchange Program, partnering with universities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The program offers students unique opportunities to study abroad while gaining valuable international experience. The first cohort of 15 students will depart for partner institutions in September 2024, studying subjects ranging from environmental engineering to international relations. In return, Pamir University will welcome 12 European students to experience education in Central Asia. "This program embodies our commitment to global education and cultural exchange," said Dr. Gulnara Abdyldaeva, Director of International Affairs. "Our students will return with enhanced perspectives and skills that will benefit our entire academic community." Partner institutions include: - University of Innsbruck, Austria (Alpine Studies) - Technical University of Munich, Germany (Environmental Engineering) - ETH Zurich, Switzerland (Climate Science) Applications for the 2025 cohort will open in January.
